Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia. International shipping isn’t available yet, but we’re working on it.
Shipping Times & Rates
- Dispatch time: Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard shipping (AU): Usually 2–8 business days after dispatch. Rural areas may take longer.
- Express shipping (AU): Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available).
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery address and courier options. All prices are in AUD.
Important: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Prime Health Reset is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, natural events, customs or peak demand periods. Refunds are not available for shipping delays outside of our control.
Order Changes & Address
- Change or cancel: If you need to update or cancel an order, email info@primehealthreset.com.au as soon as possible. We can help if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
- Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
If tracking shows your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then reach out to us. We’ll assist with a trace or claim where possible.
Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
- Change of mind: For health and safety reasons, we’re generally unable to accept returns of opened products. If unopened and in original, resaleable condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions (return shipping at your cost).
- Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Refunds: Once a return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to post the credit.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If the issue is minor, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Digital Products (eBook)
- All eBook sales are final once delivered or access is granted.
- Your purchase includes a personal-use licence. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
- If you experience a download issue, email info@primehealthreset.com.au and we’ll help you access your file.
Taxes & Duties
Prices on our website are shown in AUD. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If we later offer international shipping, any import duties, taxes or fees would be the responsibility of the recipient.
