These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prime Health Reset website (primehealthreset.com.au) including the purchase of digital and physical products. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not Medical Advice
Content on this Site is for general information only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified provider before starting any health, nutrition, supplement, or recovery program.
2. No Therapeutic Claims
We do not make therapeutic claims. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the TGA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary.
3. Digital Products (eBooks)
- All eBook sales are final after delivery or access.
- Personal-use licence only; redistribution or resale is prohibited.
- We are not responsible for device compatibility.
4. Physical Products
- Prices in AUD; taxes/shipping shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.
- Check packaging for ingredients and expiry before use.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, estimated timeframes and return procedures are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these Terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by carriers; they are not guaranteed. Prime Health Reset is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, natural events, customs or peak demand periods. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address as provided at checkout. Refunds are not available for shipping delays outside of our control.
6. Returns
For health and safety reasons, opened items generally can’t be returned. If unopened and in original, resaleable condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions (return shipping at your cost). Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll organise a replacement or refund as appropriate. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Payments
- We accept card payments via Stripe and PayPal.
- We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including logos, text, images, and eBooks) are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or products. Nothing here excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated Terms are effective when posted on the Site.
